Design Sprint 2.0, created after the design-thinking framework, is a step-by-step guide applied to product, service development issues. A design sprint is best intended for big, radical business challenges, product, service development issues or business model shift. 


During the Design Sprint training participants will work on problem framing, emphasising phase, problem worth solving selection, ideation, prototype building and testing phases. In this course, participants will work on a real challenge and will use Design Sprint tools to solve it. 




DESIGN SPRINT PROCESS AND TOOLS. Participants will learn Design Sprint process, workflow and they will learn how to use all the needed tools to facilitate the Design Sprint themselves.


IDEATION AND VISUALIZATION SKILLS. This course members will train their ideation and visualization skills during various sprint activities. 


FAST PROTOTYPING SKILLS. During the workshop there will be an opportunity to try different prototyping tools and create, test and evaluate your ideas with users.


INTERNAL FACILITATOR. After the training participants will be able to facilitate their own Design Sprint. 


MULTIFUNCTIONAL TEAM. Participants will work in multifunctional teams where they will learn how to collaborate and innovate putting together different attitudes and worldviews.
