Scenarios help teams to communicate the small steps in the User Journey experience.  They use storytelling to explore innovation ideas by grounding them in a real context and communicating them without physical prototyping.



  • Draw your story from the beginning until the end. Use empty rectangles for building your story. Start with your customer life before your solution was created, than present your new solution, product or brand and continue with how users live change after they start using your solution.
  • Present your scenarios to others and get feedback about how realistic it is.

Tip: you can also use this tool as prototyping tool and test your scenarios and ideas with customers.
